Eligible Returns (Purchased Products)
If you purchased event decor products from xorvalenzapon and are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging where applicable. To start a return, contact us by email or phone with your order details. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions. This policy applies to standard purchased products; custom-made and personalized items may be non-returnable as stated at the time of order. California residents: nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under California law that cannot be waived.
Custom and Rental Orders
Custom-made or rental decor is generally non-returnable unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Damaged or defective rental items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the issue. Failure to report may affect refund or replacement eligibility.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We may deduct from the refund the cost of return shipping if we provided a prepaid label and the return was not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us. We will work with you to arrange an exchange where possible; standard return and refund timeframes may apply.
